some sources i found had this as 02-02-1990... i received it as unknown date in 1990.

from the taper: "This is a wild set. Bill Monroe in the smallest dirtiest bar I've ever been in. All the State College rednecks are out in force as you can hear on this tape. A good bit of hootin' and hollerin' on this one."
